Nick Berman, Mayor with 62% of the vote Residents Cried Out For NO Change, and they got it.
Janelle McIntosh Group "C" Ward "A" did not make it back, this is sad news as Janelle was one of the better councillors, To the swinging Labor voters, you made a big mistake, the vote in this case should have been for the person, not a backlash against the Party.
Wendy McMurdo Group "E" Ward "A" Returned for a second term
Steve Evans Group "B" Ward "B" Elected, as Nick Berman is re-elected as Mayor, he becomes ineligible as a "B" ward councillor therefore No. 2 steps up to the No. 1 position and with the votes obtained, was automatically Elected (1.7 quota)
Robert Browne ungrouped "C" Ward made it back in and from below the line, an amazing result
Andrew Isaac second on the Group "C" Ward "C" Isaac will be replaced by Michael Hutchence.

Felicity Findley ran to support Robert Browne. I would like to thank Felicity for all the hard work and effort that she put in to support Robert. To come from below the line was amazing and shows great courage and determination, with great support from his own team, support from Nick Berman and our selves and especially the residence of "C" Ward, he is back.
Garry Whitaker, not running as he has moved out of the Shire.
Mark Lyons, not running as he has moved out of the Shire.
Nan Horne, Retired after 21 years on Council, Nan will be missed by all who new her, although retired from council, Nan will still be community active, we all wish her well.
--------- Of the new Councillors elected.
Steve Russell Ward "A" has previously served on Council and is re-elected after serving a term off.
Mick Smart Ward "A" New to Council but not new to serving the residents as his involvement in Apex is well known
Dillip Chopra Ward "B" and on the same ticket, Group "B" as Nick and Steve, with Nick now the Mayor, Steve moves into first place and Dillip into second place and with the high count, we have the numbers for Dillip to be elected. This is an amazing result and it goes to show a lot of faith in Nick and Steve and the work that they are doing
Bruce Mills Ward "B" will be joining the Councillors in this term replacing Mark Lyons
Michael Hutchence Ward "C" replacing Andrew Isaac.
