This site has been accused of being a proper gander web site for Hornsby Shire Council

NOTHING could be further from the truth, this is my site with my intentions of stating that which I believe to be correct until proven otherwise.

I stand by the General Manager, Robert Ball, and believe that he is working in the best interests of the Shire.

I stand by my statements concerning the Councils handling of the forced acquisition of the Quarry and I will do so until such time that some one can supply Legally Backed Evidence by one who is willing to take on and prove Council's legal Counsel to be wrong.

Based on the information and all legal opinion that has been made available to date, I accept all that which Mr Robertson SC has in his opinion, claimed to be correct and to be so as there is no evidence to the contrary. Quarrygate is a fictitious title made up by people who appear, until proven otherwise, to have very little legal expertise in the knowledge of the law and how it works.

As one of ten elected representatives on Hornsby Shire Council, I will always do my best for our Shire.
